A 01: No.  We won't.

Q 11: How come your spam post database doesn't have spam posts suggesting phishing websites?   A 11: Cyber criminals usually advertise their phishing websites through spam messages.
     
Q 12: How come your spam post database doesn't show spammers' e-mail addresses and IP addresses?   A 12: We could.  Just as it is possible that some people on the dealth row are innocent, It is possible that spam posts are legitimate.  That's why we don't reveal the e-mail address and the IP address of the person circulating a specific post.
     
Q 13: I'm with the FBI.  We need your cooperation for the IP address of a particular spam post.   A 13: You are out of jurisdication.  We are located in Japan.  So you may want to follow a due process through the Japanese Foreign Ministry or national police headquarters.
     
Q 14: I have a feature request.  May I contact you?   A 14: Sure.  You may contact us by opening a support ticket.
     
Q 15: Could you send me e-mail when a spammer cites my domain?   A 15: We won't.

Simple Internet security tips

  • Never make purchases at websites with no office address.
  • Never make purchases at websites advertised through spam messages/posts.
  • Beware of fake certificate labels.
  • Beware of .info, .ru and .cn domains, many of which are registered by cyber criminals.
  • Avoid online pharmacy stores if you can as many of them are run by cyber criminals.
  • Don't open files that are obtained through Torrent without anti-virus software.
  • Avoid going to a URL leading to a forum/social networking website profile.
  • Don't use 'admin' or 'Admin' as an administrative username.
  • Never trust spam-sponsoring, Canadian or Indian SEO companies, or you may end up losing your website for spam participation.
